Returns & Refunds
We want you to be 100% happy with your Aria Haircare goodies, so we are proud to say we offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. We recommend giving the products a good go for at least 2 weeks but if you find that you're not completely satisfied with the results, please send us an email at info@ariahaircare.com within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and we will refund you. You will need to send back the products at your own expense. Once we have received the returned products, we will refund you.
To be eligible for a return you need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@ariahaircare.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will arrange to have the items returned and the correct products sent out at our expense.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
