Orders will be processed within 24 business hours. Order processing operates from Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays). If you order is received after 2pm on Friday afternoon, it will be shipped out on Monday.

New Zealand orders are shipped with NZ Post and delivered within 3-5 business days.

Australia orders are shipped with NZ Post then transfer to Australia Post and delivered within 5-10 business days. 

International & Rest of World orders are shipped with NZ Post then transfer to your national carrier and delivered within 5-15 business days.

*Above timeframes are estimates and variances in delivery times may occur. Please allow additional time if you live in a rural area.

New Zealand orders $7.95 flat rate or FREE over $100 order spend. All orders are sent via NZ Post with tracking information.

Australia orders $9.95 flat rate or FREE over $100 order spend. All orders are sent via NZ Post with tracking information.

International & Rest of World orders $29.99. All orders are sent via NZ Post with tracking information.

We are happy to make changes to your order, however, please note our team can only make these changes before the order has been processed. Please email info@ariahaircare.comfor any changes or questions.

If this has happened to you, simply email info@ariahaircare.comwithin 7 days of receiving your order along with your order number and include a photo of the damaged goods and we will replace the items free of charge.

We recommend giving them a good go for at least 2 weeks but if you find that you're not completely satisfied with the results, please send us an email at info@ariahaircare.comwithin 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and we will refund you. You will need to send back the products at your own expense. Once we have received the returned products, we will refund you.

The hero ingredient in our shampoo and conditioner is Peppermint Oil. Peppermint oil has an array of benefits for your hair - it boosts blood circulation to your scalp, giving your hair greater access to all the good stuff. If you didn't know, hair loss occurs due to starved blood flow to hair follicles. So increasing blood flow to your scalp will stimulate growth and prevent hair loss all while strengthening your hair strands from the inside out.
